Can You Help Us?
Opportunities for practical service...

  • We have need of a treasurer to come alongside Fred Hilderman to learn the ropes and hen be able to assume the responsibility.

  • Come to one of our camps this year.

  • Our Wednesday Evening Bible Study has need of a driver with a class 4 license or else a van of their own (time: from now to end of May).

  • Sunday morning service—A driver to drive the van to church and back (ongoing – but even once a month would be a great help) AND a driver with a car to pick up people within Vancouver.

  • Someone to help with Tuesday Evening Bible Study in East Vancouver (now until May).

  • Someone to help at the Pearson Bible Study on Thursday evenings (now 'till May).

  • An administrative assistant to work with Joy ½ day per week.

  • People who pray (if you’d like to receive our monthly prayer calendar, please let us know.

Mr. Big and his Side-kick Eat More were not Runts. Be – Twix morning and noon they Excel-led at eating Goodies. After Eight in the evening on Pay-Day they would say it’s time for S’more. Being Smarties they would choose the ones with Extra Crunch. Later as they drifted off to sleep they would Whisper to each other Haff a Wunderbar Dream tonight.

News from Joy Ministries
New Zealand
10th Anniversary

JM in Auckland has just celebrated their 10th Anniversary by holding a Celebration Concert. They had worship led by our new Hamilton Branch people. Jan and Kevin dredged out their very first JM skit and had some of the original people acting it out. Malcolm got their next edition of the News Letter ready to hand out at the concert.

Annette, from East Auckland JM has designed a commemorative book mark for the event and Louise is did a Power Point presentation of photos of the first 10 years. Over 180 people came to celebrate and enjoyed a special Anniversary cake. Congratulations!
