What I do in the daytime? In the daytime I go to a workshop (day program). We go out somewhere, wherever, sometimes I like to go to White Spot. Nice food there.

Where I live: I Live with Theresa. I’ve got my own room.

My Hobbies: To go to shows. Theater, wash dishes, clean up, read books, just listen to music

Favorite Holiday: Camp ... any Joy Fellowship Camp

What I do in Joy Fellowship: Come to church

What would you like to tell everyone? Go to Work, Go to the Library.

What I do in the daytime? Not much.

What I would like to do in the future: Go to New Zealand. Go somewhere with Joy. Go out with Joy.

Where I live: I live with Fred and Richard. Rafael has gone to Victoria for a holiday.

Favorite Bible Person: David.

Favorite Holiday: Camp, you know the one (Camp Alexandra).

What I do in Joy Fellowship: Go to church every Sunday and lead the choir. (Donald conducts the congregation.)

What would you like to tell everyone? About Jesus. Follow Jesus like I did (referring to Donald’s Baptism last year). We did good. I like that. I was baptized.

Favorite Food: Chinese food. For dessert: apple pie.

Favorite Song: Teach Me to Dance.

What I do in the daytime? In the daytime I go to a day program. We drink coffee and talk and sometimes go out.

Where I live: I live with Donald, Raff, and Fred.

My Hobbies: Watch TV, and do jigsaw puzzles. The big ones, 1000 pieces.

Favorite Holiday: Christmas because it's Jesus' birthday.

What I do in Joy Fellowship: Sing songs, help with communion. I go out Friday mornings to visit in group homes and choose songs.

What would you like to tell everyone? Jesus loves all of us. Jesus died for your sins and rose again. We should love one another.

Favorite TV shows: Basketball.

Favorite Food: Banana, potatoes and beans, pasta, barbeque.

Favorite Song: This is the Day that the Lord Has Made.

What I do in the daytime? Work at Surrey Memorial Hospital, cleaning, sweeping, I hold the bag. We sweep the parking lot. After we go feed the horses and swimming in Ladner pool.

Where I live: In Surrey.

My hobbies: Bowling, knit a blanket, listen to CD's, walking in Bear Creek Park, crochet.

Favorite Holiday: Going to Florida.

What I do in Joy Fellowship: I enjoy friendship with Grant, dancing. I sing.

What I like at Christmas time: I hand out presents to my Mum, Dad, brother Tyler, two sisters: Shelley and Heather, Courtney and Aaron and Michael. I eat turkey.

What would you like to tell everyone? I change my sheets on Saturday. I like to cook and turn pancakes over. I like to help. I like waving flags. I like to make gardens and flowers. I like to look after Grant.

What I do in the daytime? In the Arlington Day program. We play badminton, do crafts, go for walks and I help Verna Pontious. I also go with Cathy A. to clean equipment at the Red Cross.

Where I live: In Vancouver, with Doug and Tracy, Delores and Bill

My Hobbies: Rug hooking, swimming, hiking

Favorite Holiday: camping at Orcas Island

What I do in Joy Fellowship: I meet people, go to Bible Study, Church on Sunday, and meet new friends and tell them about Jesus.

What I like about Spring time: Camping at Camp Squamish.

What I liked about Taiwan: I had a good time and meet lots of nice people. We met people in the school. I like Michelle, Mary Ann, Joyce and Claire.

What would you like to tell everyone? I want to tell them about Taiwan, how I meet people and tell them about Jesus. How Jesus come to save us. He died for our sins and rose again.

Where have you lived? Nova Scotia, Edmonton.

What I do in the daytime? I have just graduated from Charles Tupper High School and am hoping to be able to attend a day program or workplace in September. The future is scary.

What I am going to do this summer: I am going to Nova Scotia for 6 weeks this summer to visit my Dad and my step-mom and my grandparents.

Where I live: In Vancouver with my Mom and Rick (he’s my step-dad)

My Hobbies: reading books, watch movies, walking, coloring, drawing, painting, bowling, cooking music, art, crafts.

Favorite Holiday: Christmas Eve

What I do in Joy Fellowship: I read the Bible, singing, Bible study, read Psalms

What I like about Summertime: I like to do hikes and to the beach. I like barbeques.

What would you like to tell everyone? .Jesus died on the cross for us. He rose again. He’s my friend and I love Him.

What I do in the daytime? I go to the workshop. We go out, one time go to the park, another time go to the store.

Where I live: In Vancouver with Eva, my roommate (they live in a Bed and Breakfast Mansion)

My Hobbies: Listen radio, coloring, draw sailboats.

Favorite Holiday: going to the Dude Ranch (a horse camp)

What I do in Joy Fellowship: I go to church, Bible Study, I like camping

What I like about the fall: I don’t like rain, because of my arthritis.

What would you like to tell everyone? I do hooked rugs. I listen to the radio. Eva reads the Bible to me.

Where have you lived? My Mum and Dad were Salvation Army officers so we moved a lot. I was born in Manitoba, lived in North Battleford, Saskatchewan, Wayburn, Saskatchewan, Edmonton, Camrose, Alberta.

Eva and her familyWhat I do in the daytime? I go to Fraser program. Sometimes we go out, sometimes stay in. I take classes: computer, relaxation, library, social network.

Where I live: In Balfour House, It’s a bed and breakfast, with Francis (see the fall newsletter Smile of the Month)

My Hobbies: Word search puzzles, read, go for walks, listen to radio, I don’t like TV or movies much, I like the radio better.

Favorite Holiday: Joy Fellowship Summer Camp

What I do in Joy Fellowship: Summer Camp, Bible Study, Church. Every 3rd weekend I go home to my sister’s church.

What would you like to tell everyone? Do You know Jesus? In my devotions right now I’m in the book of Acts: Acts 25 (Eva has read through the Bible many, many times. And she enjoys reading the Bible to her roommate Francis)
