Joy Fellowshippers have friends all around the world. Recently Joyce Hu (a JF intern from years ago who is involved with Child Evangelism Fellowship) went to New Zealand on a conference. While in Auckland, she stayed with Dianne and Colin Wall and visited with Di and Hugh Willis at the Drop In Center of Christian Fellowship for the Disabled.

Keep Collecting!!

Thank you to all who are continuing to collect cans and bottles to support our two children in India. We also send donations to help Katie Janzen, a missionary child in Brazil, who has Down Syndrome and has had surgery. The record for a single load of cans and bottles last year was over $170.

It's been a JOY to open envelopes from our supporters with Canadian Tire money tucked inside them. Last year we received well over $200 in Canadian Tire money we will use this to help with extra camp expenses. So thank you and keep it coming. ☺

When I was in New Zealand this year, I was questioned about Canadian Tire money: What did this mean? Our supporters there had envisioned people bringing us used tires on Sundays, and had wondered about people exchanging used tires for cash. When looked at from that point of view it does seem a little strange. So for those who are confused. Canadian Tire is a hardware-sporting-goods type store that give a percentage of your purchase back to you in Canadian Tire currency. It quickly adds up and is a great boost for us.
